woah, pengs. seriously. my faci asked me if i've darken. (PENGS. PENGS. BIG PENGS.) it was only early in the morning and on his way out to door (i sat by the door), he glanced at me and asked, "你是不是变黑了啊？"
i was like, HUH?! no la, faci! hahas. i told him, i only went for TWO beach trainings leh!! impossible to turn black so fast de lor!! but words given by him and jas proved me wrongs (SOBS, BIG SOBS).
thn i tell my faci i dont like it. 'cause girls white white thn nice. and guess what the faci said? (laughs) he said, "哪里有？乱讲！" hahas!! he say girls tan tan nicer. like very healthy like tht. hahas! thanks Uncle Faci! sad case, it's the last lesson with you ytd. sighhs.
Wednesday.
class was hilarious today!! we manage to choose our own teams today thanks to Sarah and Shal who requested for it. and my team members consisted of me, meiying, kenny, rafiq, and imran. lol, and also thanks to meiying, we shoot a video on Imsy (Gatsby)~ LOL. i had wanted to upload the video la. BUT~ i dont think it would be ethnically right la. hahas!
and i contributed my voice okie~? meiying say, the faci loved the way i talked sia. wahahhahas! and the class couldnt make out totally who was it. hahas! until the team tell them. hahas! had loads of fun la, on the whole (:
am loving this class. hate to leave them sia.. sighhs.
In the Hospital.
daddy and i dozed off while waiting for my turn! hahas! i guess the couch was so comfy, the aircon was so cooling, and our minds are not working (o.O). LOL. until the doctor called, "Yvonne, Ms Yvonne Goh Yi Wen!" till we woke up. LOL. damn embarrassing la! hahas!
aiights, went in. nothing wrong. he felt my throat la. and it doesnt feels comfy. it felt creepy. bleahs. NOTHING. and know what the doc suggested? i dont know what it's called. but it's the part where they'll have to put the tube in. BIG BLEAH!!
i sat there, at the chair. machiam waiting for death like tht!! arghs. i was like begging daddy and the doctor not to insert it in. idiot, but daddy used my singing to pressurize me. 'cause it's to check my voice box to see if it's alright. fine lor, for the sake of my singing. hmph.
next, the doc sprayed something into both my nostrils. said is to numb my throat and the passage down. god. it taste horrible mann. i even asked for someone to make me faint. lol. i held onto daddy's hand so tightly la! and i could totally feel the tube going in. ohgod.
for the sake of checking my voice box, okay. if not i'm so sure i wont be going through all these. bleahs. and for goodness sake, my throat was numb for like dont know how long can?! no matter how hard i swallowed my saliva, no feeling. hahas!
next appointment, 4th Feb at 4.00pm for the ultra scan. so still got time to go for training. (: and
on the 11th Feb at 4.40pm, for the taking of the results. and everything would end le. whee!! hahas. but hor. nvm, same old problem. hahas. (:

i'm so freaking shocked when i came across these videos recorded by this girl named gurllie123 on youtube. reason being? her voice sounded almost like mine!! ohmygod. okay, i'm not trying to say that my singing sounded nice. but when i first heard her voice, it's really like mine lor.

sheesh. i cant stand the thought of someone having almost the same voice as mine. even Sean Bro said she sounded quite like me too. sighhs.
aiights, we arent totally alike. though our voice sounded similar, but our singing techniques are different. hers is towards the higher pitch and whereas i can hit the low pitch as well. apparently, her high pitches are higher than mine la. she sounded like Selina from S.H.E.

woah. my head's feeling groggy sia. lol, jst woke up from my nap. which i began at round, 6pm plus? right after my dinner. hmm, and what does it means? calories. (pengs)
hahas, mom cooked dinner today!! damn happy de. (: it has been a long time since mommy entered the kitchen and cooked for us. (: though i had always been craving for it, i still dared not request her to cook for us. 'cause it has been a long day for her at work, back home she still has to cook for us? nahh, it's too tiring for her already. so~ outside takeaway! (:
today. the whole family went out to tiong bahru to shop for some new year clothes for our lil brother! hahas, he hadnt bought his at all. the last one, i would say. (: 'cause eils and i had already bought ours like centuries ago. and again, i'm being harped on by mom and dad for spending the most amount of money. aiights, i'm sorry. (:
next we went to Sheng Siong at Marsiling. 'cause sean bro needa has his hair cut, in case the discipline master catch him again for long hair. woots~
over at Sheng Siong, we bought 雞蛋糕!! my phrase used most!! LOL. actually i dont like it that mich tht i must have it la, it's jst that it sounded good for scolding. hahas, but the one at Sheng Siong actually tasted better than the ones sold at the shop in Woodlands Station.
tomorrow's the start of the last week before we start on our long long break. hmm, i seems to start to have fear towards holidays. hmm..
nevertheless, last week of AY 07/08. meaning when school reopens, me and my fellow Year 1s will be Year 2s. the Year 2s be Year 3s. and my beloved Year3s this year.. i wont be seeing them anymore. i'm gonna be missing them alot. sighhs.

got this feeling back agn recently. it's like drawing nearer and getting stronger. and this feeling is drawing away all my energy. i dont want it all to end so soon. i still have loads of my first time here. i dont wanna go back Home with regrets.
i still wanna get my first pay and treat dad, mom and granny a good meal. i still wanna go on my first trip overseas with the girls. please take this feelings away from me, i plead of you. i'm only 18, not even 19. not big the big "2".
please big old Daddy up there, withdraw these feelings away from me right now.

Yes I had experimented with Facebook, IM since a long time ago. I feel that this is really a good way to have interactions with our friends although we may be miles apart or just beside each other. However, I had always find IM-ing as a source to which I can interact with my friend, or a source where we can only just send our power point slides and all. Thus it had never occurred to me that today's scenario of having to use IM to communicate with my team mates will occur.
Frankly speaking, I'm really quite pissed off with the way the lesson has been conducted. Reason being, being me myself, I cannot really focus if it's a complete silence at a place like our classroom. Our class has and always is in high spirits and we were always talking. Although we might be talking nonsense, we still do our work most of the times as we know our priorities.
Thus, today, I totally cannot concentrate during the first meeting today as I had never experienced it before. Maybe it's me, maybe it's your teaching method, which I totally couldn't and would not want to adapt to it.
Back to my findings on products such as Facebook, IM and Friendster. I feel that these "gadgets" are a good way for people to keep in contact even after a long time. Like for example, regarding those friends who you had not been contacting and feel that it's a lost to not being able to contact them, by dropping a "hi, how're you doing," and such would actually help to strike a conversation. Also, using either Friendster or Facebook, we're also able to find our long lost friends who we had lost contact over the years. Thus, I feel that this is really a great source of making some communication with an old pal or lost friend.
A space for me to experiment and explore; For this, I would have to cite examples as it's really too general and not specific. Take swimming for example, despite not being a good swimmer, I went headstrong and joined the lifesaving team. Friends had been telling me the correct techniques and all to swim. I heed them all. However, I would need a space for me to experiment these techniques and the swimming pool would be my space. Thus, I feel in it actually differs with people. Be it we need a space to play basketball, or a space to train our swimming techniques. Experiments are always required to do whatever we need to do to prove our theories.

Happy Birthday, Granny! :D

out. nahh. last deal of the day which made it worse,
saw someone whom i'll always kinda have fear

yesterday was a fun day! *big big grins* apart from
my relatives saying i seemed to have fattened up,
everything was alright. (:
it's a really fun feeling, to have all the cousins, aunties
and uncles gathering together for my granny's birthday.
she's close to 70 and she doesnt look one bit like tht.
next after the eating, all the kids (yes, even those who
are to be the 20s this year) headed towards the playground.
wanna know why? cos' our LaoDa is there! hahas!
nope, not our eldest cousin. but our YOUNGEST cousin.
baby leon! hahas. we practically went everywhere he go!
Peak of The Day.
When Leon was playing this slide with Kor holding him, me and eils heard this "eek eek" sound. Like some flesh rubbing against the slide. We thought it was Leon in the first place, however, he was laughing like nobody's business and thus we brush away that thought. After a few more slides, the sound continued and thus we decided to carry him out. And guess what we saw? Half of Baby Leon's butt was exposed! HAHAHAHAS!
next we proceeded to our uncle's house for the
slicing of cake. with granny standing in the middle
of all her grandchildren. after singing the birthday
song, we noticed that Baby Leon who was drinking
his milk clapped his hands very wildly.
ohmygod!
thus granny carried him and agn, we sang. lol. this
time he's smiling and smiling so so widely!
