NUS Invitational was a great great experience! haha! except for the fact that i further injure my back, i think it would actually go off quite well. bullshit idiot de luh. it's just the warmup!! i tried plunging from the board. cos eventually we'll have to de ma.

so up i go, and down i jumped. and i heard "clack clack clack" from my back!! ): ): arghhhs! when i surfaced from the water, the pain is excruciating!! sighhs. and that marks the end of my warmups.

sighs. the pain in my back didn't act up for both my relays. guess it wanted to give me a good experience. haha. BUT. haiis. more on that later.

the competition unfolded well enough. but we've got loads of DQs this years. sighhs. guess we'll have to work more on our techniques eh! haha, i believe you peeps will do it fine de! haha! but i'm quite disappointed with my performance at both relays. cos i did better during my normal trainings lur. and at the actual competitions it's like that nia. abit -.- . sianns.

after the competitions, we went over to Botak Jones to have our dinner. it's good!! haha! the fish is superb mann! shall go there again if got the chance. haha!

i'm sorry, i'm really really sorry! you girls were all the way at East Coast, the EAST side. and i'm all the way at Clementi, the WEST side. i can't travel all the way down with my back injury which worked up right after my bath. and i had to travel ALONE with the HUGE HUGE bag.

i know i've let Tzee down for it's her who organised this. and Jeen too, who chided me last night jokingly. lol, i'm sorry aiights! but i have to take more intense care with my back already! if not, the next time when i meet up with you girls, i might be down using the wheelchair. which i don't and never would want!

i'm afraid!! =x i'm having UT for Adventure Education later. but i hadn't attend lessons for three out of four problems! i'm really not confident to sit for the test later. haiis. more on that later.

jst calculated out my GPA for this sem up to date. meaning, 9 problems, 1 or 2 UT grades. and ohmytiann!! my GPA is only 2!! ): arghhhs! all because of my Adventure Education! because i don't like the faci, i've put my grades at jeopardy.

hais, i'm definitely not skipping anymore of Adventure Education's module. i must pull it up liao. get at least Bs for the remaining problems. and more As for the other modules like Health & Wellness and Sociology. sighhs. UT have to pia to understand also liao. have to score. cannot don't care, and no mood to study liao le.

think i'm going to try the UT later. bo bian!! i need every single grade for Adventure Education liao! even if i know nothing. HAIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSS. ):

arghhs. i'm sick again. what a weak constitution i've got. sai sai sai! have to eat more red apples, Andy say de. hahas. alright, sore throat, as if my throat being splited into alot alot of different pieces, deadly flu last night that i can barely keep my eyes open and lastly splitting headache which made my head so heavy that i couldn't wake up. Andy called me again for sch. ding dong dang, twice he called me, twice i was sick. ohmytiann. haha, no blames for that Andy! haha.

just when i made promise to myself that i'll attend every lessons, i'm sick. why don't you this stupid illness break out when i don't feel like gng sch??! hmph. and this morning when i woke up (which was already 11am+), nobody was at home. yea like duhh ryte? but i felt so lonely all of a sudden.. sick and nobody was at home to care for me. okay it felt stupid cos Daddy and Mommy got work. Eils and Sean got school. but i just feel lonely and unwanted suddenly okay.. sighhs.

but! Eils was so sweet enough to thought of coming home to take care of me. but i felt better after popping the medicine and thus longbang her to help me dabao porridge home. (: thanks Eils sis! you're the best sister one could ever have! :D

Monday Training.
woah, yesterday's weather was cold cold cold! not to mention the fact that i forgot my jacket for the day. E5 is a really cold block. sighhs, made my flu worse. trainings, in and out of the water. when outta water, the wind came blowing again and it frequent my sneezings.

back home, finished my RJ and i jst fell flat on my bed and slept throughout. awoken by Amandis's call. and told her tht i don't think i'm fit enough to go school. though i texted BGF last night that i wasn't feeling really well.

yesterday after training was chaotic! OZK, Adriel, Long Fei, Si Jie, and Yi Kai! ohmytiann! all started from 7-11 and i also didn't know how it started! and i wronged Andy for hitting my head because he's the one standing behind me! but it was Yi Kai!! ohmytiann!

thn Adriel started saying i'm not a girl!! *puffed cheeks* thn they all laughed like hell la!! hmph! but the whole thingy was very funny la. (: though the joke is on me. haha.

AND ARGHHHHS! Yi Kai liked the stupid princess!! yes we both like Silang, but i prefered Siniang and he prefered the Liao Princess. arghhs, what taste. he said she's cute and it's out of good will that she saved Silang. and i debated back, yes i know. but! her's was a selfish love! she got a chance to send Silang back to Siniang, back to his mom, back to Tian Po Fu. but she didn't! moreover he wasn't hers to begin with. hmph! so i don't like.

but~ it's his choice also. and the more i watched the show, the more i realised Qilang was really cute! Loo's Peng Yu Yan! haha! another character i prefered too! hees.

tmr's wed. no school. but thurs's Health & Wellness. have to get well these two days and get ready to study on thurs! :D

i'm really feeling damn low damn down now. godd, yes i do know the reason why. and i think it's a really stupid stupid to the max reason.

it's all because of the ending of 少年楊家將!! ):

yes i know in the end, all the males died in the family leaving their wives and mom and sister behind. but! what pained me most was the part where 四郎 actually married the enemy's princess in the end!

it's all because of the princess. yes i know it's out of good will that she saved him from the poison. but that medicine would make him lose his memory! don't you know that he has a wife waiting for him back at home??! if you had asked him to make a choice, he would definitely choose to die and still be faithful to his wife instead of being alive, lossing his memory and forgetting about his dearest wife and betraying her at that!

and now that he's still alive and well and a prince consort, his wife would be there giving them their best blessings. sighhs. that's how nice of a girl she is.

everytime i got reminded of this part, i would feel so damn low that tears would actually crowd at the rim of my eyes whenever i imagined the scene.

forget it, hadn't i just saw the part whereby 四郎 confessed to 羅氏女. it's really sweet sweet sweet and i rewinded and watched again loads of times. they too got married right? (: if 四郎 hadn't lost his memory, he's sure to come back to look for 羅氏女 de. cos they really went through alot together. (:

nahh, shall get my spirits up. that scene is in the future, so enjoy it now. hahahaha! what's most important's that 四郎 really loved 羅氏女. so what if the princess really had him in real for life? that's because 四郎 lost his memory. if he were to regain his memory, see who would he choose. hah!

didnt go to school yesterday. and i really wanna say sorry to BGF!! really really dui bu qi! i couldn't drag myself up for school yesterday. because of the facilitator. yes i know i should let my likings or dislikings to the facilitator affect my grades, but i can't help it! sighhs. therefore, i hereby promise to BGF and as well to myself, i won't skip sch liao le. cos i don't wanna retake this stupid module again. so i'll go to school liao le. paiseh! ):

monday training was alright. (: swam 10 laps for warmup and then we continued with our events alr. i'm on the more relaxed side la. cos i only got 2 events and both were relays at that. so the main thing of me practising for my events would be holding my breath since i would be doing my finning.

sighhs, and my right ankle hurts mann. because of the finning. but it's normal de la. hope i'll get used to it. (: and i need to go visit the chinese physician again liao. cos when i was doing dolphin kick yesterday, i sorta felt pain in my back again. plus moreover, i would need to plunge for the relay. godd mann. i would need to ask if i can do plunging given my present stage.

sighhs, hope tht i'll be alright. (: and i do think so. wahahahha! :D

amazing! i didn't sleep when i got back home today after coaching. hah. *shruggs* (: but i fell asleep during the train ride back home. haha. i actually was dozing off, from Choa Chu Kang to Yew Tee. and! a kid came and accidentally stepped on my toes (on both my legs) that i actually woke up, w/o a sound! hah! and that left me awake. hees. but i'm kinda feeling dozy now.

reached fairway early today. helped Hui Hui with the untying of the noodles. and this rubber band got the hook. Hui Hui pulled it hard, but it couldn't get it out. so i took up the noodles to help her. but who knows! she yanked it hard and the hook hurt my neck. ): just at the part where i had abrasions! wow! pain like hell mann! plus the abrasions from the wetsuit. sia la. but lucky the pain came from just touches with the abrasions instead of the hook itself. so it's alright. (:

first lesson.
it's totally what the hell! i'm practically lost as to what to do for both the first lesson and the second lesson. sighhs. have to plan more on what they should do liao le. (:

woah. Jing En that kid is really on my nerves. what's your point of coming for class? to learn swimming or to play? your parents paid us to have fun with you? no way! he wanted to play every week. you wanna play? can, no problem. but you have to show me how good you are to play! he's nine years old, and the other kids were all smaller than him. and? he swam the slowest. why? not because he's not using enough strength. but because he didn't listen to what i told him, no bending of knees when doing flutter kicks. dang. i said it from lesson 1 to now. he's still doing the same mistake.

and when i told them we have to do flutter kicks, both Jordan and Daniel said alright. except for him again. he was like huh, why must do it again. darn. affecting the other kids thinking if it's alright to do it, AGAIN. -.- lur.

thn back at the baby pool, because he took a lil's girl's shark. supposingly Shal's yes. but it's for her play then what. he go take it and play. bo bian, i have to give it back to Stanley who was with the girl. and he threw a tantrum. *breathes out* he don't want to listen to me la! don't want to learn etc. i tried hoaxing him to come back and learn time to time.

and then i decided to use the kid's method. i asked Daniel if he wanted Jing En to come play with us. Daniel looked at me and stared. i'm expecting lil kids to say, yes. but Daniel said no! he looked up at me and look in my eyes with a tinge of "don't want" look. ohmygod! Jing En was just beside la! thn i stopped and turn to Jordan instead. cos Jing En got play with Jordan de. but Jordan too say no! he started with shaking his head and said,"no, i don't want. because hor.." i stopped him from saying. dang! the main purpose was to let Jing En come back to learn because the kids want to play with him too. but it totally backfired! phew.

know why? cos Jing En's really a kid i don't think any coaches or any kids will like. maybe except for his parents. sighhs, selfish, and kind of violent. ke kept using his noodle and hit his lil sis la! and some other kid not in our class de play our games, okay ryte? he said,"excuse me, you cannot play. cos you not in our class de." and i was like, O.O HUH? sighhs. really have to talk to his mom one day liao.

second lesson.
all of 'em turned up. (: lesson was, alright. haha, but kind of boring at the first. only until the end when i posed as a dragon, wanting them to learn the freestyle arms and etc. that was funn. haha! wonder if i'm there to teach or to play. hahahah! but.. having fun while you're working is also a good thing ryte? for both the kids and i. (: yay! haha!

third lesson.
i handled the whole lesson by myself today! and surprisingly, time passed very fast! haha! phew. glad that things turn out good. haha! and the kids are getting more mischievous! Jun Kai Jun Xiang started splashing water at me. thn Avis and Jasmine joined in! with Chris and Yogi! ohmygod! then Zhi Wang came over and told them cannot bully Yvonne Jie Jie.

thank god? NO WAY. he was saying and splashing water at me at the same time!! and tht gave the kids the signal that they can continue! OHMYGOD! haiyo, made me seems like a coach can bully de lur. haha, but main point is that they will have fun. (:

thn we when to proceed to the deep end where they have to undress in the water. thn sitting up there, lil Jasmine asked where they throw after they undress their pajamas. and i said throw to Uncle Zhi Wang. (: haha! thn Zhi Wang kneeled down to ask Jasmine why she asked that question. hahah!

okay. back to the baby pool to practise their blowing of bubbles. okay, i kept saying "eyebrow" cos they have to put it on their "eyebrow" to blow the bubbles using starfish float. and ever since last week, Zhi Wang kept correcting me that it's "eyebrown" instead of "eyebrow".

and~ this week, he only corrected me once and then laughed out really really loud making the kids laughed with him. -.- make me throw face!! ): not only that! thn he kept telling the kids, "eyebrow eyebrow" de. walao! make my face even redder la! and the kids' face redder too! cos they were laughing too hard! hahah!

thn i kept saying, "here here" instead of "eyebrow". LOL. he just won't stop. haha. lastly was the straddle jump. ohmygod. i should really go practise my straddle jump le! i sunk in when i did the straddle jump and when my head popped up, i went, "eh eh eh!" which made all the kids jumped in!! wo de tian!!

hees, but that's what i like about this class la. haha! Jun Kai, Jun Xiang, Mervyn, Jasmine, Avis, Chris and Yogi. haha! really love them loads! :D my kai xin guos for Sunday coaching! yay yay yay!

HEY!! IT'S EYEBROW!! NOT EYEBROWN!! WAHAHAHAHAH!! so i'm the correct one luh. *evil laughter* Zhi Wang die liao~ hahaha! eyebrow eyebrow eyebrow! :D

Chaotic Day.

i can't believe i went to swim today mann. ohmygod. it's the first day my "fren" came to stay over. damn it. and i still go for training! back in RP pool. ohmygod la. had cramps that made me had beaded perspirations. thus i went to the toilet and squatted in pain for like 30 mins?

sighhs. came out and practise our swim. i've got two events. both relays. good enough for me le ba. since i can't do anything good. Yi Kai persuaded me to join him for the Obstacle Swim 200m. yea i agreed. but gary don't. think because i'm not good enough to join ba. cos my surface dive sucks. i can't really go and squat down there in the water. so, nopee. only the relays. but good la. also will have jacket. hee.

cabbed down to coaching. sighhs aye aye. cos both me and Rach were running late. lucky i wasn't late for coaching. hahas. when i reached there, i saw lil Yi Han! haha! he wasn't here last week. missed him so much. glad that he was here today. hees.

first lesson.
i think because Wei De and Shal not around, the lessons got abit problem. Wei De kids don't know give to who. so all come to me (i meant Wei De's class). but their standard weren't the same as Yi Han they all. but end up what happen? i took over Wei De's class, and Brenda took my kids over since only one came for hers.

sighhs. lil Yi Han! ): he kept turning over and looking over to the baby pool where i was. had a sad frown on his lips and forehead which made me felt sad as well. nvm, i'll get to teach him again next week. hah, he promised we'll take pics today de. but because of the change of lesson, i've got no time. but nevermind! next week. hees.

second lesson.
the same old three turned up again. Ye Kai, En Kai and Zi Xin. yes! they can do froggie kicks from one end of the pool to the other! haha, actually felt touched. (: though Zi Xin's really slow, she still did it! so yay! congrats!

taught them breast-stroke pulls today. wow. it's really not as easy as it seems mann. rephrased and demo-ed it loads of times. hahas. but glad that they kinda took it up. hees.

third lesson.
this lesson was chaotic mann! my supposingly students ALL came today. so it's seven. and plus Wei De's class students. one by one, one by one came and end up i got 12! i was stunned as to what to do mann! lucky Jenny came over and helped me. haha. so i took my class over and left five with Jenny. hahas. glad that this lesson turn out well. (:

and that marks the end of my tiring day. went over to Jurong Point for dinner with Brenda. well, the beef noodle there's really nice. can try again another day. (: after that got a phone call from Zhi Wang. tht i've got to plan lessons for the Koala Bears tmr. he said something which made me feel quite hurt.. but oh well. why else would i expect him to understand? dumb me.

had a talk with Rens on my way back home just now. i don't know. i just feel so stressed up and my emotions were down in the dumps that i just had to call someone. and glad that she really did lighten up my spirits. (: thanks Rens Laopo! (:

back home, nobody was at home. Dad was at granny's. Sean's out to play basketball. Mom and Eils out to Kris's cousin's place. i'm all alone. lonliness just overwhelmed me and just feel so so lonely.. but who was there to care.. nobody..

so, i've came up with the lesson plan. hope tommorrow will go well for me. please. (:

yesterday was funn! hah, it's the kbox session with Eils, Nerin, Elaine, Joelin and Kris Jie. in celebration for Eil's 17th birthday this sunday. happy birthday 3 days advance princess! it's the sexy seventeen for you, enjoy it with your girls this weekend! loves! :D

yesterday was LMAO funny. hahah, cos of nerin and elaine la! mainly elaine. she's ohmygod CRAZY! they came up with band names for us! EY, but they make it sounds like eeyer. LOL. cos of the initials of eils and my name. hahah! and, NE, though they made it sound like nene. hahah! again, becos of nerin and elaine. hees!

k-ing with them was fun la, but it didn't really satisfy my want to sing really. and it didn't make the feeling to want to go k to disappear. hahah. looking forward to the next k session! with who?!

(yay!!) so, before the dec hols, i must slim down!! and save a sum of money so that i can take care of my own expenses!! so, no spending freely from next month onwards! no! i'm tellin' you, no!

well, that's not the main topic of this entry. this is. i've officially started on my PP project. hees! start it yesterday. i didn't breach on what i've said aiights, peg? i said i'll start on monday and i sure will start on monday. (:

peg said it still won't be easy if i draft out what i had wanted to put inside. so, i decided now to arrange it anymore and just get my ass working on it. hahah! well, it's really not that easy to start, but once you get it started, you'll get the flow of it already. hahas.

now, i've already got 788 words. to finish my PP, i have to hit the target of 2000 words? hope i'll really be able to do so. hahah. jiayous! yvonne goh! jiayous jiayous jiayous! set your heart on it and it will pay off! yay!
