i feel refreshed!! hahahs! is this sentence abit of a contradictory to what i've said regarding last week and last last week? well, reason being, i've a good good sleep just now when i'm back from coaching!! hahahs, i slept from .. 1pm plus to 6pm plus. WOW! 5 hours straight leh! hees, first time can't help feeling i'm such a pig. hahahs!

today's lessons were fun! except that i'm beginning to run out of games to make lessons interesting for my kids already. hmm. have to ponder hard on tht liao. hees.

and and and! the koala bears can swim 8 laps already!! and it's the long laps to them! yes yes yes! and they can bring their pyjamas next week already!! hahahahahahahas! though Avis, Jasmine and Meryvn were still stopping more than ususal, BUT! the point is, THEY FINISHED THEIR EIGHT LAPS! wow-whee!!

Back Injury. ):

i injured my back yesterday. damn it. haiis. all was well and all, why did i have to look up again when i was doing that last plunge??! and what stupid choice to continue swimming 100m. sighs. what's the use of lamenting now that the pain had already been inflicted?

went to the doc just before it closes for the day. daddy was fumed. ): cos he was in the midst of doing his work, and i had to call at that point of time. i felt bad la! why did i have to injure myself lur? thn daddy could do his work in his office liao, having no need to rush me to the doc and back home to do.

verdict? i couldn't swim for 3 weeks, couldn't run or jump until the doctor says i'm better. meaning for the time being until the doctor says i can, i can't run or jump. shit man.

but good thing is that i can still swim la. cos he said it's a good sport to help me recover. so i can still swim. and that i could still coach. cos i won't be the one swimming, my kids are. hees.

and Yi Hui's one really nice advisor. (: she kept me accompanied throughout and even suggested bringing me to the doctor. but i find it quite troublesome for her and thus got daddy to come fetch me.

if i had known what troubles this injury would bring me, i definitely would skip that last swim de. ): eek.

well, dad said that i didnt drink enough milk for the calcium. dang, first. i drank alot of milk lur. every morning one small bottle. cor and longfei can be my witnesses. hmph. and second, it's not the lack of calcium that caused the back pain. it's the wrong posture of plunging that's all.

but i'm really grateful to daddy for bringing me to the doc in the nic of time, and sad in a sense that i made him couldn't complete his work. thanks but sorry daddy.

went back home, watched Healing Hands and doing RJ at the same time. we did Traditional Chinese Medicine ytd, and me myself need to see one too. dang. slept quite early yesterday cos my back prevented me from using the com further.

this morning, couldn't wake up in time. cos of the idiotic pain in the back, tht made me feel that i need more rest. and thus, i woke up at 9am plus feeling better and i came to school. if not for the UT i've going to have ltr and the Annual General Meeting the IG is going to have ltr, i'm sure to be resting at home de lur, and won't be here blogging about what happen.

i jst hope my injury will recover soon. so that i can plunge again, doing it the right way though.

P.S. Saw Jessica Liu, Joanne Peh and Christopher Lee just now at W4 canteen. hahas! guess they're having some scenes here in RP and thus have lunch or something. ohmygod, Jessica Liu is so darn darn pretty! hees! Chris even took a pic with the ladies. hahas!

i know this won't sound new to you peeps. but yea agn, I'M TIRED. ): sighhs, plus today, i'm mentally. more on that ltr.

First Lesson.
no kids turned up! ohmy tiann! haas, Lil Jordan, Jing En and Jing Ting ryte? well, Jing En and Jing Ting were told that they won't be turning up today because of some family functions. and thus, secretly, but evil-ly, i hoped that Jordan won't be here. LOL, don't know why leh. maybe because i don't like a one-on-one basis ba. hahas. and voila! he's really not here today. diao. but hope all three of them will be back happy and ready to learn next week! hees!

and thus what did i do? Wei De explained to me the skills progression thingy. i think he thought that i didn't read it ba. hahas, but yes Wei De, i did. haas. explain explain explain. okay, i did understand better. haas, and i went over to help Rachel's class. She's taking over Wei Jie's class since Wei Jie's leaving us. sadded sia, he's such a nice person! really really nice person! but.. hais.

nevertheless, it's a gold plus silver course taking class. they had this survival back-stroke which i don't know how to guide along except for the gliding and arms rubbing their ears part.

alright. Second Lesson.
hees! i saw lil Jovan smiling at me! haas! he's such a lil cutie! hahas! i even took a picture with him! yea! hahas! also, all the kids for the second lesson turned up for today. haas! we had loads loads loads of fun! haas! time passed damn fast la. and well, Wei De wanted to bring me over to the Warren Country Club for the coaching thingy. cos he said it's easier and more convenient for me. but i turned it down. he looked kinda shocked la. but yea, i held steadfast to my decision.

as to why didnt i want to transfer over? haas, of course it's because of my kids! Jun Kai Jun Xiang Mervyn Avis & Jasmine; also known as the Koala Bears, Jovan, Yi Han, Justine, Kang Qi! how could i leave them?? i don't care if i had to travel further or what, cos what matters most is that i'll have the fun! whee! haas!

Third Lesson.
all seems well at first, but something happened to lil Jasmine. well, Zhi Wang spent quite some time with her, hoaxing her to come swim since she could do it very well already. until this point of time he gave up and ask me to take over. lol, no patience alr. haas! okay, so i went ahead and took up this challenge.

okay, it's hard alright. but what it requires more is patience patience and more patience! (: i started with using a noodle and swimming short distances. hoaxing her into the water was the big step to take. however, when she started getting into the water, all went well already! and she's ready to swim further and further! haas!

ended up, she could swim laps! yea! hahas, have a great sense of achievement. hees! and we proceed to play the bedding! which the kids loved most. haas! the big kid; also known as Mr. Lim Zhi Wang, suggested this game. wanting us coaches, to get up as well, only to be pushed down by the kids. -.- ok, only i got pushed down. dots.

hahas, after that when he and i were suppose to pull the kids down, the new kid Chris, he went over to the other end real quick tht he got Mervyn's head underneath him! i was like shouting,"Careful careful!" i think Zhi Wang saw and told Chris not to do that. Mervyn seems shocked la! poor kid. ): but glad that he's fine. haas!

lastly, when the lesson end, we took lil Avis and Jasmine to try to conquer their fears for the deep water. Jasmine did it! yes! but lil Avis still seems scared. ): guess more practice would be needed. jiayous! :D

tht's the end of it though. time for the thoughts of my day.

sighhs. well, Wei De got me this new wetsuit which is the long-sleeved one. the part-timers like me, Brenda, Hui Hui, Rachel, Zhi Wang etc are supposed to have short-sleeved wetsuit. but i got the long one and i was like, diao.

Brenda asked me why, i told her that Wei De said it was his previously. okay. i prefer people to be like Brenda who asked. cos when they don't and something seems strange, i would have this feeling that they would talk behind your back. arghhs. i seriously don't like the thought. well, saturday was fine. Brenda even taught me how to plunge further. haas!

today, Zhi Wang made my day SUCKY. bleah. maybe i'm really thinking too much la. but. arghs. he started by saying good morning and all. yea, seems normal. thn followed by asking if i had a good night sleep. well, i had of course. cos i'm dead beat!

i was like, huh? and know what he replied? "昨晚睡得好吗？做亏心事阿你。杀人了你…"

jst like tht leh. and i was like, huh? i killed who ar? dumbo. i know he meant it as "killed" instead of really killing. but why on earth he said tht lur? i bet he doesn't know i'm feeling all bad inside cos of the long-sleeved wetsuit liao. and now he had to add this. arghs. kept probing what was the matter? and he kept repeating i "killed" someone. idiot.

he could have meant it subtlely lur. don't know what he's thinking la. i hate this feeling! arghhs!

10 More Weeks? Spare Me Please.

arghhs! i'm late for sch today! basically because i overslept, AGAIN. ohmygodd. dont know why but i'm seriously dead beat every morning, losing every motivation to come to sch to study. sighhs. and plus i guess sub-consciously i paid no heed to my alarm clock and thus, DANG. i overslept. ending up, MONDAY didnt go to school, THURSDAY didnt go to school and FRIDAY late for sch. cos if i dont go for sch today, i'll get the parents' letter le. that's the "motivation" that made me came to school today. haas.

plus, i dont really have nice classmates this sem as i've mentioned in my previous post. except for people like Amandis, Karen, Cherie, Atiqah, Norman, Syafiq, Farah, Jia Han, Kang Wen out of 20 odd people. only pathetic 9 people's nice and funn. haiiyo.

and today. when Dei shoot us at our PPT. my team couldn't do anything about it! so it's only left with me to defend my team. wtf. i defended one sentence, she shot back one sentence. SERIOUSLY WTF LUR. after quite a long time, she finally ended her bombing of qns. phew~ and out i went to refill my water with hot water cos i'm freezing cold! and atiqah followed me out. asking me,"what the hell is Dei's trying to do sia? you reply one sentence, she shoot back one. critique you sia!" and i was like wide-one saying," you noticed ar? dont know her la."

helped with Amandis with her team's handling of qns jst now. could see she couldnt hold it well either. poor girl, didnt get good team mates today. left her doing on her own. the same one which i always would have for sociology. so i understand. plus, they didnt do much work. the bit part of the work they did, come out with problem, had to handle the qns on their behalf as well. phew, poor girl. i understood what she's going through.

bleah, cos i went through the same ordeal during the 2nd week. (or was it 3rd week? i forgot.) ST inserted this slide with me saying it would be difficult to handle for it's full of doubts. well, she said no problem and would be able to ans the qns. end up? when Dei shot her, she's all quiet. leaving me staring at her blankly. ding dong dang lur!

i of cos had to defend. but i ask you, how well can one defend a slide when she herself have qns about it??! and arghs, i got C for tht day. ): cos of her. DAMN. the faci even said we should have just given up which would be faster this way. YUCK. never would i give up de luh. hmph.

whatever la. feeling so sians sians sians. and i still got 10 more weeks to go! 2 more months like tht!! how am i going to handle it? bleah.

W16M and E36P people aint like tht. all united as one, always accepted everywhere. but not this class. phew, wonder how am i going to hang on for the remaining 10 weeks. bleah.

Saturday's a tiring day mann!! ): went for beach train. for the first time in so many weeks mann! cos of the coaching ma. hees, paiseh.

i actually went there with the mindset to tan. tan even my tanlines. cos of the stupid wetsuit ma. eeek. AND WHAT HAPPENED? there's no sun! it had been raining! so, without rashguard, with my leg injury, i had NO fun at all. hmph! i even fell when i tried to run la! bleah.. thank goodness dad brought me to the uncle who's a chinese physician jst now. he said it's not serious. so nvm. jst refrain from doing strainous exercise can liao.

coaching's tiring! one thing was because i pia-ed down. cos i scared i late! because of Zhi Wang la. he say wanna go de, thn i promise le he didnt come. -.- idiot. so when i reached there, i didnt greet him when he greeted me. COS I'M LATE ALREADY! and i guess he thought i was angry with him or something. i seriously was la, but he kept asking me if i'm alright or not makes me feel like, "suan le la". (:

and i gotta shout tht day. cos i've got a hoarse throat. ): bleah. and Avitta hit my head! ):

Weide asked them to throw this baton. Cutie lil Yi Han threw far, Naughty Armani threw far too. Funny Avitta TRIED to throw far. BUT. it hit my head first with a toink! lol, Weide was shocked and kept rubbing it for me. LOL, it's painful. but i cant stop laughing. cos it's funny! hahas!

second class. my best class. they can do pretty good froggie kicks already! wheee!! maybe except for Brandon. whose kicks are sul~low~. K1~ K2~ K3. dots. have to work hard on tht. Ye Kai, En Kai both not bad liao. (: Zi Xin needs more confidence. and Rain, sighhs. need ALOT ALOT more practise. tht one to Weide. =p

last class. alot more girls thn i can manage! really! Zhi Wang saw alot of girls behind me he asked if i can handle and ask me to jiayou. LOL. phew, it's hard la. but yea, i think i can manage for awhile. (: jst tht my throat suffer for that cause.

and after lesson, hah! stupid Zhi Wang. dont know he where sort sort de. take this gun-like thingy and started shooting everyone! i'm all worn out and sitting down on the side and he come shoot me! two times somemore! kuku boy. lol, and Shal and Weide go throw and wrestle him in the pool. LOL! the scene's funny like hell mann! should have videoed it down. and he realised he couldnt make us, cos we would retaliate. and what? he go shoot the kids. dots ryte?? hahas!


Sunday. arghs. i dont like Jing En!!! he seriously got attention-seeking illness. i cant possibly pay attention to him ALL THE TIME can i? i cant ar. and he threw a tantrum. seemingly hoping i'll pay atttention to him. but sorry, no lur. i dont care for 5 mins. whereby, at last, i got no choice but to pacify him. sighhs. thank god he's alright right after the first sentence. PHEW.

AND THEY'RE NOT COMING NEXT WEEK! YES! hahas, okay i know i'm being bad like this. i take back what i say. hees. AND THEY'RE NOT COMING NEXT WEEK! YES!

second class, fun as per usual more fun i guess. hahas, cos of Kang Qi! he looks like one taiwan idol. the guy who acted in 公主小妹, 彩's younger brother. but a cuter version. hahas!

last class, Koala Bears! but missing one, Jasmine wasnt here today. ): but still we had fun. the twins were naughty as per usual. making Zhi Wang picking up Jun Kai telling him why didnt' he listen to me. hahas.

what made me happy at the last of the lesson was tht Jun Xiang, Avis and Mervyn initiated their high-fives to me today! wheee! hahas! :D

Good News of the day: All the kids Torpedo sent for the Bronze Test PASSED!!! woot! yea yea yea! the hard work paid off. hahas! :D

hahas, THURSDAY. i went back for training! hahas! first time in these two weeks. well, seriously speaking. Yi Hui's training's really NOTHING as compared to Gary's training. seriously nothing leh. it's really not that siong. but i left early. cos i'm meeting Eils. (:

okay let's compare.

Gary's training includes:

# 6 laps of kicking.
# 100m of freestyle timing with paddle (2 laps).
# 200m of freestyle timing with paddle (4 laps).
# 400m of freestyle timing with paddle (8 laps).
# 400m of freestyle timing (8 laps).
# 200m of freestyle timing (4 laps).
# 100m of freestyle timing (2 laps).
# 3 x 50m finning timing.
# 4 laps of towing manikin.
# 4 laps of swimming with torpedo.
# Gary's warmup (sprinting to yellow line without taking a new breath)

KUKU RYTE. wow, now look like this, really seems tough leh. and to think i can really handle it. hahas! it's really tiring leh. everytime after this training i wont have the energy to do the RJ alr. lol, dead beat liao le. jst feel like sleeping. hahas!

as for Yi Hui's it's much simpler lur.

# 8 laps of warmup.
# 6 laps of kickings.
# 2 laps with paddles and float in between legs.
# 2 laps without paddles.

AND DONE. wow ryte! as compared to Gary de. can die ar~ but after Yi Hui's training comes Gary's training on our lifesaving thingy le lur. bleah.

4. Carrying on, not long after you saw this source of water, you saw another bigger source of water. The water's clean and sparkling. What would you do this time round?

5. Along the path while walking, in front of you suddenly appear this tower. Mention it. (Use terms like, short, abit short, very short, or tall, abit tall or very tall etc.)

6. Alas! After much hardships, you finally crossed the big desert and was in front of your sweetheart's home door. At the door stood the servant. Would you let the servant lead the way for you or would you like to walk in yourself?

7. Upon reaching, you realised that he/she wasn't around. In your hands were the fresh flowers you've plucked for him/her. Unable to pass him/her the flowers, you had to find a place to put the flowers. Then, you realise there's a table with a vase. But the vase had flowers in it. 1. The number of shoes you bring along means how many relationship you can handle at the same time.

2. This glass bottle represents your first love. Bringing it along with you symbolizes you're one who's quite attached to the past, towards your first love, you'll always remember it.

3. This first source of water symbolizes your marriage. It may not be the most perfect, but had been there for you whenever you needed care and concern, the one who knows what you needed. By drinking the water here, it means that you're one who believes in marriage.

i'm seriously beginning to hate myself. not as in myself that kinda personality wise, but look wise! ohmann. i'm so so tanned! eek! dont like to cam-whore that much, dont like to look into the mirror that much too. yes, tht's how much i hate how i look now. bleah.

think i'm popping into the body shop ltr to see what they can help me. SIGHHS. earn money for what? still so tanned. so no life.

had quite an interesting talk with Shal jst now during his car ride. he started off by asking me if i've a boyfriend. i replied no. "not no! is not yet!" hahas! funny ryte his reply. hees, thn he said some girls turned lesbians cos they had been hurt by one or two guys. but Singapore had so many guys! why give them up because of this one or two?

and sometimes girls would treat their present beau like how their's treated them in the past. and Shal once told a girl why on earth would she do that? he's not the one who treated her this way! so she shouldnt treat him this way too. laughs, cute conver eh? hahas.

well, i forgot the chocs i promised my kids today. ): and when they asked me for it, i'm glad the sun's glaring down at me. if not they would have noticed that i'm blushing. hahas!

and as per usual, i saw lil Jovan! wahhaas! and i saw his brother Ivan too. cute also, but Jovan cuter. awwws. i miss him mann.. ):

i'm starting to get paid. thank god. if not dad and mom would begin to rant how stupid am i to do free labour for 3 months. hahas. save up save up! i guess i wont be coaching for so long like Zhi Wang. too long le la. i dont know how would i look like by then le. APNN liao lur. eek, i dont want!

Brenda's birthday tmr. she's the same age as my brother, hahas. but she doesnt look like it. hahas! but a fun person la. hees. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRENDA! :D

She has been thinking too much once again. Why oh why doesn't she learn her lessons? Well, she ought to know by now right. Yes right. She has a diversion now. She has to mind her kids, to keep her lessons in tact. So, she should not have any time at all to think about all these useless thingy.

All those questions bombarded at her during lessons thanks to this person, her trainings she had been missing, the coaching she has loved so much, the attention needed to give to Kgang and her beloved lifesaving mates, and the care and concern to be given to her family.

All these had enough to keep her busy in the mind. But why is she still so disobedient? Why wasn't she scared? She knew all the hurt and emotional flicks it would bring her. Why is it that she would be alright after some time? When would be the time when she would be afraid totally? She experienced it twice, or rather thrice. Does she has to experience it another time? She hope not. Seriously not. She had enough. Enough "experience" to last her for quite some time.
